will not count as a [hit]. If you purchase a package of 10,000
guaranteed hit's for example, you could add 10 website url's to
the system and

What types/sizes of banners do you accept?
We currently are accepting standard sized [468x60] pixel banners, 468wide
x 60high. GIF and JPEG files only, annimated GIF's are ok. No banner
may exceed 25k in file size, and we do not allow annoying flashing
banners, "you know the type, we've all seen them" they say
[YOU WIN] and flash violently, we don't allow these types of banners
because nobody likes to look at them, it keeps our system clean and
professional. We do not allow banners which show nudity, extreme language
or any indecent content, your banner will show on thousands of websites
to thousands of different users, some of them may be under 18, please
keep this in mind. You will be hosting your own banner, and simply
providing us the url to your banner to show it on our system, so with
this in mind, we offer these suggestions. Do not move or delete your
banner while your campaign is active, this will cause your banner to
show as a dead link. This does not apply to featured ad purchases.
We will be hosting your banner, and it will show every time and will
not rotate.

site says "unlimited banners" what does this mean?
When you purchase any banner campaign, you can add unlimited amount of banners
to the account, for instance, if you are selling movies, you could add ten different

must

same
url [website address].
What
will happen after I make a purchase?
After we receive your payment notification from any of our secured payment
processor services we will contact you with the proper submit forms for you
to submit your
banner or website information to us, this is an administrator approved process
which may take up to [8 hrs], depending on when [time of day] you made your
purchase. Our staff is in the office from 9am to 9pm CST. The process is

want to pay with an e-check thru PayPal, is this ok?

long will it take to complete my purchased banner campaign?
We have a very fast moving network, our banner code is listed on thousands of
websites and other networks and affiliate networks, so needless to say, the exposures
can go pretty fast. We make no guarantee on how fast your banner exposures will
be used up, but we offer the following as an example:

do the math for any campaign.

How
long will it take to complete my purchased guaranteed hits/traffic/visitors
campaign?
Our Traffic exchange network is second to none, there are amny variables which
can effect how fast your purchased website hit's can get used up, including:
how many sites you add to the system [you can add up to 10], which categories

pick for your websites, which category you pick for your user account etc. We
make
no
guarantee
on
how
fast
your
guaranteed hit's
will
be used up, but we offer the following as an example:

If you add the maximum amount of URL's to the system [up to 10] and

is your refund policy?
We currently do not allow refunds for purchased campaigns due to the following
reason; Once your campaign has been activated your banner of visitor credits
will begin to be used immediately, so any refund of this activated service would
mean that Targeted-Traffic has to loose money and waste valuable network resources
and time.
If you are skeptical about our service, we reccomend that you try an inexpensive
campaign [banners or visitors]. We have several campaigns in both categories
which are extremely low priced. So, you have nothing to loose, try a two or three

show all the time, until the campaign time limit has expired. All sales

was declined due to content or any other reason, this does not obligate
